Joe Noto is a CPA and has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting. He began recruiting in 1987 and for the following 10 years built a staffing business that provided both contracting and direct hire services to clients throughout the Midwest. His firm (CMS Management Services) specialized in Accounting, Finance and Information Technology. Joe ultimately sold his business and retired in 1998, but retirement didn’t last long. He joined his daughter, Lorri Noto, in 2001 and formed Regency Search Group. During his career he ran one of the most successful contract staffing firms in the country. He had over 250 contractors throughout the country for approximately 100 different clients. Today he is selectively dabbling in a wide range of staffing services with his daughter at Regency Search Group. They believe that offering both direct-hire and contract staffing solutions is a proven methodology that creates strong partnerships with both clients and candidates. Joe also provides consulting services to recruiters who want to grow their staffing firms.
